i don't know what's happened but all the etx on here has gone really, really, samll. it's hurting my eyes. is everyone elses the same or is it just me?
if it' me any idea what i have done?

Try CTRL and + at the same time, to increase the zoom. (It happens when pressing  CTRL and - or something like it.) I sometimes do that, it's worth a try anyway.

what do you mean by +.  what button do you mean, is it the one which has the + sign on it. if it is i can't get it to work!

Yes, CTRL and the plus sign at the same time. If you've  zoomed out by accident it should have done the trick? If it's not working I don't know what to recommend, sorry.  :-\

ok thanks for your help. the writing is really small on all websites so it's obviously something i've done. i just don't know what!

If you're using Internet Explorer, click on View then Text Size then Larger to increase the text size. This will work on most websites except those that have set their text to a particular font size.
