Molo had a white spot on his head when he was a pup, but it's almost gone now and he just has a few white hairs  :D

Blue roan markings seem to be linked to the line/ancestry of the dog;  from the pictures I have seen on COL, it seems that dogs with Bitcon in their ancestry often share common facial and leg markings  ;)

Alfie is black and white ticked, he has something similar in reverse i.e a big black 'dot' which has now moved further back and down as his skull is developing. His breeder described it to us as 'the prophets thumb'.  :luv: Not sure if it is the same as you mean though? His dad had this too, that was how we ended up with Alfie, I fell in love with his daddy at a show.  :luv: :005:

I am interested too, it must be gentic I would have thought??

Watching this now, please someone clever put us out of our misery, how do it work?

In the same way as some children share a distinctive characteristic with one or other parent - it works exactly the same way in dogs  :D

Lil'bit has the same distinct nose shape as OH, and his mum and her siblings and his maternal grandmother all have it too  ;)

Seen a few without  - but they seemed more black and white, or they had the white running straight through the nose across the head. This is something i shall always watch for! As im sure many more will now!  ::) Sorry everyone!  ;)

I have seen lots of blue roans without the white on the top of the head. ;)
