Poor thing - tied up outside a library for 30mins - taken by four youths!!

What are the reasons people take pets?  With puppies I guess you could sell them as your own, but an older dog, is it in the hopes of getting the reward money?

Just pray they find dear Bob safe and quickly, :luv: but please tell me why on earth do people still take their dogs and leave them tie up unattended out side, :o it's an open invitation for them to be stolen.

Hope Bob is soon found, I would never leave Maddy tied up outside anywhere, not for one minute but 30 mins  :o :o

Or they are just evil little gits who want to cause trouble  >:( >:(. The dog bait thing strikes fear into my heart. I've heard several rumours that pit bulls are bred in my area and being as Millie can be dog aggressive I have this awful fear that someone would notice and target her  ph34r.

Hi, just been on Dogs Lost Bob has been returned to his owners.  It said that owners recieved two phone calls from somebody saying they know where Bob was.
The owner went to an apppointed meeting place,  where a youth handed Bob back to his owner.

Thank goodness they've handed him back. What a relief  :D
I bet Bob's owner will never leave him tied up outside a shop/library without supervision now, a good lesson learned the hard way  :police:
