Thanks for all the advice; we have another vets that have a hydrotherapy pool so we going to see him at the weekend and we will also ask him about a diet for building up his mussels. Might get Oscar into body building, :blink:  he is on puppy growth tablets at the moment

we had the problem she just stopped after a while

Glad to hear that Oscar is okay.   It is worrying when they start to limp.

You may or may not know that Piper has hip dysplasia and I take her swimming 3 times a week to a place near to Leyland.  There are several hydrotherapy places in our area, however, I chose this one in preference to others due to the fact that rather than swimming against a current, she actually gets to have fun by retrieving lots of toys - she LOVES it  :D
