Worming

Bailey had his worming tablets at 9 this morning after his breakfast, he normally only has the one tablet (drontal plus) but after being weighed at the vets yesterday I was told he was to have 1 and a 1/2, at 3 this afternoon Bailey was sick, has he kept the tablets down long enough for them to work or do you think I need to get him another dose?

Poor Blue  Our vets say that if they keep the tablets down for a couple of hours, then you don't need to repeat the dose.

Thanks Gill, I did think that 6 hrs would have been plenty for his body to have absorbed the tablets but thought I'd better get a second opinion
