This might be of interest to anyone looking for insurance.  It's the results of a customer satisfaction survey for insurance companies.

I am in the same position...not looking forward to getting quotes for Erin who will soon be 9...think I going to see a huge hike in premiums for a lot less cover

this year changed 12 year old poppy from Tesco to More Than. a lot cheaper than tesco renewal price and with extra cover included
