petra did you say you bash all the bones up he has?................am wondering if that has something to do with it?  :-\ not sure, just a thought?

will he not chomp them up himself?

I tend to bash the bigger ones... (paranoid mummy that I am.... ::))

I figured the porridge would be water, just wanted to double check... ;)

Thanks for all your help Lise, am sure it can be rectified.   He literally only throws up two or three tiny splinters of bone, but it is just the fact that it is pretty much every morning.... :-\

Stop feeding bones for a week, and see if he still does it.

Right, Dill had no bones for tea last night, and we gave him some toast before bed, and no vomiting this morning... :D

Will lay off the bones for a week, as Penel suggested, and see how we go...
