Thinking of you. Disc disease is so horrible. It's only afterwards you realise how wonderful and brave they have been, as they must have been in so much pain for sone considerable time

That’s exactly it, I feel so guilty for not spotting it, but he really did seem fine. What a brave little solider he was. Miss him every day.

Thank you, it’s been so hard. Is there a day when we are ready to move on? I’m not sure, it’s still very early days.  :luv:

I've not been on here for a while and obviously missed this.  How dreadful for you and what an awful shock.  It is very early days and your heart must be breaking.  They are such a huge part of our lives.  I understand exactly how you are feeling.  I lost my last male cocker at 7 years old.  He was the most character packed, funny dog and we were devastated and felt so cheated.  Be kind to yourself.
