Dog beds
« on: November 04, 2011, 08:38:19 PM »
OH is away decided to make some new dog beds, well  I'm getting there Kody has decided to check out the first one (only put together loosely to see if it works he stretched out and rested his head and the cushion fell off so now he;s gone should look good in the end can't decide what to put on the underneath to stop it slipping. Decided to use a bath Mat for the base to sleep on and for muddy feet all of the material is a micro fibre towel from Decathalon easy washing. I got a cot memory foam mattress (cheap from ikea) and cut it in half. Will checkout the shops tomorrow unless anyone has suggestions, something  just to stop it slipping also planning on putting dribble covers on the sides, sick of washing the whole bed just for drool. Is it just mine or do all drool!!! Not really a sewer (spelt correct I hope) I just try hard, photos might be included cause you wouldn't be able to see the stitching  :005:
P.S. Kody is back on the bed I'll take that as a mark of approval :005: :005:

And I've now had a few strongbows so time to stop before mistakes are made
