Title: JARVIS COCKER - FRIENDS OF THE ANIMALS RCT
Post by: *Sal* on July 01, 2009, 12:08:05 PM
Jarvis has come from a Puppy Farm where he was used as a stud dog. He is around 4 years old and is neutered and vacc'd.

He is a beautiful, happy, friendly dog who gets on with everyone that he meets. he gets on fine with other dogs and is great with older children.

Jarvis loves his walks and is very chilled and relaxed around the house. he could go as an only dog as long as he has plenty of interaction with his family and would need someone around for some of the day.

He was a little nervous when he arrived as the only human contact these poor Puppy farm dogs have is not pleasant, as most of you know. This has improved dramatically in the 2 weeks he has been here, and he is now much more confident, but I think young children may be too much for him.

Despite what he has been through, he is the most loving, adorable, friendly boy you could wish to meet and very much deserves a comfy forever sofa to curl up on.

We all love this boy and so want to see him settled,,,

I am fostering Jarvis for Friends of the Animals RCT

He's not far from me, shall I go and stick a stamp on his nose and post him to her?  :005:

I'm here, just been redirected here by someone else who thinks he would be ideal! :D

We get the pup next week, who should be here first, pup or adult? Would it not be too much to have both at once? I'd need to speak to OH first and then speak to the rescue place to see what they think.

But please DON'T start getting all excited about this, I know what you lot are like! It probably isn't a great idea, although I would love to take him and look after him, but I'd only do it if we were the best home for him and it would all work out. :D :D

ETA. Ginny, I've just realised who you are...duh! :lol2:
