Meet buster! This youngster is very typical of the spaniel breed, he is very lively and always on the go. He came into our care by one of our inspectors who removed him from his previous owners after they didn't seek veterinary care for his injured leg. Buster had a fracture to his left fore leg which was in a cast for 8 weeks and needed to have very strict rest until the leg healed. As you can imagine for a dog of this nature it was very hard to keep him rested, he wasn't an easy patient! His leg is now fully healed and he is able to start having exercise.Buster is very bouncy and has a lot of energy, since being with us we have been doing basic training with him but he will need a lot more in his new home. We are looking for Buster to be rehomed to an experienced owner who can help him mature into a well rounded adult dog. He can be very nervous of new people, men in particular so he will need a slow introduction to any potential new owner. We would also require a couple of meets at the centre before taking him home, this will mean spending time with him while the homevisit is being processed. Buster is good with dogs and will be able to live with others in his new home pending a successful dog meet. Due to Buster's nervous nature around meeting new people and the training that he will need we are looking for him to be rehomed to an all adult home
