Is this couple still looking.

I know of a 4 year old bitch that is looking for a home and we are in contact with one of the cocker rescues, but she is still in the home at the moment.

She does not pound about, and loves to spend her whole time on a lap having cuddles. She gets on well with cats and people, but HATES dogs.

Why don't you try Spencer who is a five year old cocker at foal farm in kent, he could be suitable.

Here's a photo of him.

You'll have to ask them

Hi * kimbo*,  I rang them couple of months ago about a little black and tan cocker they said I was to far away being on the Somerset boarder to do a homecheck. I was really upset and asked if my local rspca center could do it, but no joy. :'(
Its always worth asking them though each enquiry is different

Each rescue center has a different policy.     Good Luck with your search  Jo x

If any help, I am a homechecker in Devon, for Many Tears, LRRSE, SWSW & ESSW, so might be able to do one for them, depending where abouts in Devon they are, and also if the rescue would be happy with that.

She has been a pet - though I see she is being fostered in Edinburgh which may make it impractical  :-\

Awwww!!! I'm sooo happy to hear this  :D

We met an Elerly Couple in Oct when up in the lakes who had just lost their Cocker and you could see how much she meant to them and what a big part of their lives she was.

Really really pleased - just need photo's !!!
