I think ive come into this a bit late but anyway...
I gave Ruby Barking Heads some months ago and it was the worst food decision i made for her.
We tried two different flavours but the food was far too rich for her to the point her Poos went from small and very firm (Burns) to large sloppy ones which eventually led to her bleeding and weeks later she developed anal gland trouble.
Since this happened she has had her glands emptied twice and continues to scoot offf and on whereas she had never ever had this trouble before.
She also gained weight with this food but the manufacturers do say this can happen.
