Small lump found on Bella’s ear?

Hi all,

Quick questions. This morning during her mandatory ear rub I discovered a small lump on the outside edge of Bella’s ear. Tiny, like the size of a lentil (I couldn’t think what else to compare it to)...it kind of looks like a wart of some kind. Didn’t seem to be causing her any bother when I pressed on it.

Anyone else ever found anything similar? Should I take her to the vets or just keep an eye on it for the next few days and see if it changes shape?

I just googled what they look like and it may well be.

She has had a few ticks before but they have never left a mark like this? It started to look a little redder over the course of the day so I’m going to take her to the vets just to be sure.
