Keep everything crossed please.
I rang the vet at 2.00 as requested. The receptionist put me on hold and went to speak to the vet.
She came back and said the vet would like me to go in and speak to him at 3.00.........
I took a deep breath and said that was fine.
Then panicked quietly to myself.
Then I got a call at 2.20 saying the vet wanted to run further tests this afternoon and they would like us to go along at the end of surgery - i.e. at 7.00pm - to speak to the vet.
The good part is that at least Trev will be home and can come with me.
The bad part is I have longer to worry about it all - the receptionist did say that they have now fed Buffy (cos she had to be starved last night in case she needed sedation or an anaesthetic) so at least I know she has a full tummy which will make her feel a bit better......
Not looking at the internet cos I don't want to panic myself any more than I already am......
