Anyone have any idea what this is ? My eldest Cocker Beau has this under her front leg arm pit .. ouch

Could be a lot of things, impossible to say from a picture. It looks like it could potentially be what we call wet eczema in my language, don't know if it translates directly. And that tends to get bigger if left alone and is very uncomfortable. The area will need to be shaved and kept clean and dry. Probably also needs treatment whatever it is, so ask the vet ;)

Yes she will be going tomorrow so I'll let you know what they think. I did wonder if it was mites or similar the top was brown and crusty before I bathed it and cut all the fur off .. she is more comfortable just now xx

Poor Beau, that looks sore😔. Hope she's feeling better after the vet's had a look!

Just to update you .. the vet seemed to think it was some sort of bacterial skin infection . So keep I'm with the Hibiscrub and 7 days of anti biotics . It's slowly going but I'm not convinced it won't come back . I have clipped the hair under her leg very carefully to let it keep dry 😃
