My eldest daughter always asks after Poppy.....we followed her story and always thought of her.
So very sorry she is gone, but am very glad she had a happy life and was much-loved....she was a lucky girl. Thinking of you xxx

So very sorry to hear Poppy has gone  :'( you must be heartbroken, you should also feel very proud that your gave her such a loving home, she was a lucky girl to have found you, sadly her life was far to short.

I remember Poppy well and was only wondering the other day how she was getting on.

So sorry to hear that she has gone to the bridge, but so happy for her that she was able to enjoy her short life to the full.

What sad news  :'( 

It really is good to know though that Poppy got to live with a family who clearly adored her, and that when she died she was surrounded by love, things could have been so different for her.  As I know you have said, she didn't know she was ill, and she would have no idea that her life was shortened because of it, like all cockers, she will just have loved being with her family every day and enjoying doing all the busy cocker things  :luv:
