Glandex for Anal glands
« on: November 12, 2018, 06:33:55 AM »
My boy is just recovering from an episode of infected glands, someone at the vets (another doggy mum, not vet) recommended Glandex I have looked this up and it seems to have good reviews. Has anyone used this?

Hi, thanks for this,   Humphrey also has problems occasionally, despite being raw fed and having plenty of vegetables etc. I?ve just had a quick look online, the ?active ingredients ? all look natural, - although I?d never heard  Quercetin Dihydrate, have just had to google it!
Would also be interested to hear if anyone else has experience or knowledge of it!

Looks interesting and worth a try, but I would imagine that if your dog has misaligned  glands like Maddie,
then, sadly, nothing works.  >:D

Going to try Glandex for a while I have brought a small pot and was lucky enough to be given a free sample of the wipes as well. if it does not work it will be one thing ticked of the list. Thought it worth a try though

I have read that Phyllus Husk (sorry about spelling) also works to bulk out the poo.

As already said if the glands are misaligned (quite common apparently) then no additions to the diet will help.
