I have a velcro puppy but it gets to the point that when he is with someone else in the family and is occupied I sneak out and go upstairs to do those things that need doing - i just think I have got away with it when i hear his claws tap tap tapping on the wooden floor  :005: I bet he thinks 'i'm not stupid you know'  :005:

I went out last night and hubby said Toby seemed to be looking for me and ended up sleeping with his face in my shoes. Nice  :rofl1:

12 year old velcro cocker here as well. it did used to annoy me a long long time ago but I just see it as normal now after 12 years and start to look for my furry if he isnt right beside me or within eye sight, even in the loo.

Ozzy's 4 and is at my heels a lot of the time :luv: Half the time I don't realise he's there, he just follows me and settles where I am. He's equally happy being left though, I just get an extra happy greeting - even if it's only from being upstairs :005:

Well today was my first full day back to work since Toby has been with us (4 weeks). He was here with hubby and daughters (latter who are in and out school/catching up uni friends). Hubby said Toby calm all day, slept quite abit or in garden with him (major landscaping being done).

Interesting when I got home he was pleased to see me (Toby - oh and hubby I think) but not unduly shadow like. I think it will be good for him not to have me here all the time.

Had bit time with daughters in garden with Toby playing around and then hubby and I went for a sunny stroll. Toby ace  :luv:

Lady is nearly 14 and is my shadow. She comes and sits in the loo with me, she knows how to open the door if I close it, so just leave it open for her!!
