Have spoken to the vets this morning, Albert's doing much better this morning!!!!  He's had some breakfast and been out for a wee and is generally much brighter.  They hope I can collect him tonight

Apparently he's had 2 seizures during the night but the vets think hes been lucky and they have flushed all the toxins out of him (he's been on a drip all night)

Thank you for your lovely positive thoughts, Alison x

That's really encouraging news from the vet this morning  even though it sounds like Albert had a tough night, poor boy. I hope he continues to improve and is back home with you later today  :bigarmhug: :bigarmhug:

So pleased that Albert is feeling much better this morning. I know you won't be really happy till Albert is safely back home. I think a big glass of wine is called for {for you, not for Albert!} Sending you and Albert a big, big hug.  :bigarmhug:

Glad he is on the mend.

And thank you for sharing, certainly "one of those things" that any of us could have done, and at least this post may get some of us to think about things we leave about without thinking. Honey certainly goes in our garage a lot where we have our de-icer so will double check they are higher up and no leaks.

Take good care
