Apart from the fact she's eating again she's still not quite herself (still no welcome at all when I come into the room, and she's spending most of her time in the crate---her choice). I think her eye is a source of pain and irritation at the moment.

penny,when i read about the thorn it made me go all funny.it must have been horrid for you and especialy for ruby.glad the vet got it out and hoping she settles back down for you soon.

Awww, poor Ruby :luv:. Indie was like that after anasthetic-pacing and pacing. It worries you doesn't it, when all you want them to do is rest.

I hope she improves loads today, bless her, and she's in less pain.

Yes, as all the other animals that go through here who endure anaesthetic they just collapse in a heap. She's feeling a lot better now after I gave her some rimadyl
