What size thornits to get
« on: August 25, 2008, 08:33:56 PM »
I am looking to get some thornits powder for Molly as she keeps getting smelly ears, not sore but I dont want them to get like that!

I wasnt sure whether to order the 20g bottle to try it  out first but I am not sure how long that bottle would last.  What does everyone think? They only do 20g or 100g but if it lasts ages I will get the small one.  Bearing in mind there are two of them and I would use it on both as a preventative measure also I dont want to end up paying two lots of P&P in a short space of time  ;)

i have had the 20g pot for about a year and with using it on my two have barely made a dent in it. ;)

Yep, get the small one - it does last ages.  I only have one dog but the small one has already lasted at least 2 years!  ;) :D  Bargain!!  :D

I need to order that for Rufters - his ears get wiffy very quickly, oddly enough Vahri's are no where as bad.  ph34r

I use Thornit on two of our dogs and after well over a year, there is still about 1/4 of the 20g bottle left... So definitely the small one for your dog.  ;)
