Well twelve months on and my beautiful brave ginger muffin is still with us. Some of you may remember Jasper was diagnosed with lupus and spent some time in Cambridge vet hospital his prognosis was very poor and we so nearly lost him then. He has had his ups and downs but at the moment he is in remission and is fine and dandy still a bark monster though
. His life is so precious and every milestone is another we thought we wouldn't make. He has a birthday in a few days and unlike last year it won't be at deaths door in hospital. He could still go into full renal failure at any moment but we pray for the next milestone. Thank dog for drugs I say (and insurance £6.5k and counting but he's worth it) although he's on a lot less these days.
We will never give up on our boy and he proves daily he loves life.
