That's dreadful how you were treated, I hope the vets have words with the nurses, you should have been seen first thing as an emergency. >:D

Poor Poppy, I really hope she is ok and that it isn't anything serious. :luv: When will you get the blood results?

OMG!  Hope she is OK..... I cant believe that they did not pass on how poorly she was  >:D - good job you just took her down there....   You must be so mad with them.

I'm keeping everything crossed and sending lots of positive thoughts that she will be ok..... :luv: :luv:  Hopefully she is getting good care now she is in the right place.  

Just goes to show sometimes you just have to trust your own judgement on how ill they are.....

So sorry to hear about Poppy, hope she gets well soon now that she is being treated  :luv: :luv:

I really can't believe they made you wait all day before seeing her especially when she wasn't drinking  >:D, I hope the vet gives the nurses a good telling off

I know how agonizing it is to see them so unwell, so a  :bigarmhug: for you and positive healing thoughts for Poppy  :-*

As for the vet nurse, methinks you should be putting in a written complaint to the head of your vet practice as the whole episode is disgusting  >:(

Poor poppy, glad she is getting treated now, but I am shocked at how long you had to wait for an appt. considering the circumstances.

Can't believe the vn's incompetence - there should be something done to ensure that this situation is never repeated.
I know the main thing on your mind at the moment is getting Poppy well again, but I do feel it would be in your best interests to make a formal complaint. Sadly its the only way to get things changed these days.
