Healing thoughts for Jasper plz

Jaspers feeling very sorry for himself at the moment.

Yesterday I found a grass seed tucked right up in the top of a front long hidden by a bit of a matt.  Can't believe I hadn't found it but was able to withdraw it and clean it up, that looks OK today BUT it seems like there might of been one in the paw too, I got home today to find he'd been chewing his paw all morning and it was bleeding by the time I came in at lunch time. 

I've cleaned him up and I can see a small puncture wound. Appointment booked at the vets for tomorrow as he seems really out of sorts with it too.  Hope there's nothing too serious going on.

Suppose we're lucky that it's the first time we've had a problem with the  grass seeds..

So back to the hibiscrub and might have to have collar on while I'm away at work.

Poor Jasper, those grass seeds are horrible. I hope that's all that's wrong with him.

I know how you feel though.....when I groomed Livie the other day i found quite a few grass seeds in her coat & being more white than orange seems to make them invisible to the eye

Just had a good look under brighter light and I think that the blood must of been from an abcess at the puncture wound I had found as nothing else obvious to have been a wound site.  Hope that means that anything nasty came out with it too

ouch , hope Jasper gets on OK 
Aidee had a seed in between two toes last Friday    luckily there was enough still sticking out that I could get hold of and get it all out! He sems to be OK now, but am watching him closely
