Got my vet nurse friend  :D She had a look and has told me to be at surgery at 9am, she reckons Molly will have to be knocked out and stitched  :'( I am a wreck even thinking about her going under anaesthetic!

Everyone keep their fingers and paws crossed it goes ok. Logic says it will, head still panicking!

She will be fine. Now do your deep breathing and positive thinking, so she doesn't pick up on your stress. Have a nice hot toddy to relax!

They do these things at the vets many times a day, it's routine and nothing to worry about, she'll only be under for a few minutes and well cared for. :luv:

She'll be walking out of the door quite happily when you go to pick her up again. :luv:

Poor girl, I'm sure she'll be fine tomorrow though ;)  I think our dogs are worse than children with all the scrapes they get themselves into  ::)

Thanks everyone. Sleep was very disturbed last night. Kept getting bashed in the face with a buster collar when a certain woebegone spaniel kept looking for cuddles  ::) Kept her in with us to make sure she got up to no good.
Will be heading off with her as soon as I drop DD2 at my friends house to be taken to school.

She is dosing now and can be picked up at 2pm. She ended up having to get one of the wounds stitched and another stapled.
She will be getting 5* treatment for the rest of the day  :luv:
