Hi Folks,

Latest is that the Hibiscus is working on Jess..He had a really bad night the first day we used it and he was rubbing his face and grumbling most of the night.

We thought that it may have been that we had not diluted it enough.

But the next day and the following night no problems and now 8 days later his Jowels have cleared up the smell has also gone so we have not used the Thornit but will keep it in reserve.

Thanks to everyone for their advise its fantastic to see him happy. Only trouble is he now has a bad limp on his front leg no idea whats brought this on must have strained yesterday.

I will take him to the vet if it does not clear up over the weekend.

I sometimes think he does it on purpose to get attention.

Keep smiling

Best regards.
Mick.

  so flowers work too - great

Hibiscrub is good - it depends on the pooch - but I've not had to use the Thornit on the mouth. Hibiscrub's kept it at bay.  Glad to hear it's worked for you as it is such an easy solution if it does work.

As for the limp - aaw - maybe has just pulled a muscle or something. Buddy also does this every now and then - suddenly howls like a banshee then collapses and is such a wuss. Clearly has a nasty pull. Lasts a few hours then he's away as if nothing happened.

Worth checking his paw over though to make sure there's nothing in there causing the limp. If all is clear then - prob is a strain.

have you heard of apple cider vinegar? if you add that daily to his water that is good for acting as a prevention
