Thank you everyone :luv:

William seems absolutely fine this morning and his eye is looking good. I'm just about to put some Fucithalmic in it, which I've got to do twice a day until his check up next Thursday. Just have to remember not to do his Optimmune at the same time, so will do that at lunchtime instead.

I'm trying to remain positive about the histology result so I'll be pushing any thoughts about it firmly to the back of my mind for the next week. I'll update when I get the results but please keep thinking positive thoughts in the meantime :D

Positive thoughts being sent your way.  Glad the lovely William is well this morning, that was very good that she could do the procedure there & then & didn't have to wait any longer

William's just had his post op. check and the histology results are in. The lump was a benign plasma cell tumour, so I'm very relieved  :D. The site has healed up beautifully, so no further treatment needed.

He had his 6 monthly Schirmer Tear Test while he was there and the readings for both eyes were 15, which is very good. So his Dry Eye is very well controlled at the moment with Optimmune once a day. Kate also checked his cataracts and they haven't changed, so we don't need to go back for 6 months.

We had a very nice walk in one of our favourite parts of the New Forest on the way home and bought some jam doughnuts to celebrate (for me and OH, William and Louis had special fishy sticks).
