Dont know if its me being naive but I had no idea that a Groomer would empty a dogs anal glands as 'routine' !

Hi Michelle, some do apparently -  Fern didn't need doing, which is probably why she was in so much discomfort.  We haven't passed the bill on, we thought about it though!
