Title: Zymox ear treatment

Can anybody recommend Zymox Otic ear treatment with Hydrocortisone?  My 4 year old red cocker has had an ear infection for 18 months and has had many treatments, all of which have failed.
Zymox is available from USA and I live in Dubai.  Should I order it in as it sounds like a miracle cure to me?
Has anybody else used this?
I don't know whether to order it in as it is expensive.  If it works, I don't mind paying though.

Zymox is excellent and I can highly recommend it. I have used it and I know a lot of people who have had success with clearing their cockers ear infections with it.  :blink:
