DNA Testing

I had Luna DNA tested for prcd-PRA earlier this year and looking to do the DNA test for FN soon. She's due to get her 1 year booster in August and was wondering, if I have to wait a time period in between vaccination being received and blood sample being collected or can they be done at the same time ?

can they take the blood before the vaccination on the same day
