Only just read under maggot Sarah and I'm breaking my heart crying.

I'm looking at my lovely cockers and thinking how some animals like that poor bitch have it so rough and its just not bloody fair :(  :(  :(  :(

finally found this thread thanks to jan, and yes of course i'd love to help out and go down for a weekend or a couple of days during the week.

i also design/make jewellery for a living, and am happy to donate a dog charm bracelet to go towards raffles/fundraising etc - i made one for white lodge long dogs last year (greyhound rescue) and i think (hoped!) they really liked it!

so yes, count me in...on any count.

I am desperate to go for a couple of days, it is half term 2 weeks friday maybe that week would be a good idea for some of us?

My only concern is how many dogs I would come home with and whether my OH would leave me as a result! :lol:

My Mum went there yesterday and brought back "Penelope Pitstop" - Cavalier... in a terrible state poor little mite.  She had a stillborn litter last weekend, so was dumped at MT.... spayed on Thursday - Mum said her boobs are down to the ground, but she is happy and wagging - so she will be fine now. :)   very very sad how people can do this to dogs  :(
