I haven't had an abroad holiday in years, let alone ditch my dog to go when he's approaching senior years.  >:D >:(

The moment his picture came up I fell in love.  :luv:

The rest of the family were summoned to the PC ... and we were all smitten!  :luv:

We have been saying for ages that we'd love an orange roan girlie and would call her Amber to go with our Sapphire.  OK so Onyx is a boy, but his name is still a gemstone...it must be fate we thought and began to get really excited...Warringtons not too far and I have the week off work...then I scrolled down to your post Hel!  :'(  ;)

Here's hoping all goes well for you - I'm glad he's potentially gone to a fellow COLer  :blink:
