Dazzle 2 year old girlie @ Many Tears
« on: February 27, 2009, 06:04:57 PM »
26-02-09 Dazzle is a very pretty, 2 year old roan cocker spaniel. She has been a breeding dog all her life and knows nothing of walking on a lead or living in a home. She is a little scared at the moment, but will come out of her shell in time. She will need to live with another dog to help her.

PLEASE NOTE: Ex-breeding dogs are normally best homed with another dog as they have usually never lived in a house before. They are used to living with other dogs and learn faster with another to copy from. This also helps with house training and learning how to walk on a lead. They will make lovely pets but do need a lot of love, time and patience.

To adopt a dog from Many Tears Animal Rescue you will be home checked and you and all members of your family and any dog(s) who will be living with the dog MUST come to meet the new dog.  All our dogs are micro-chipped, inoculated and spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason for not doing so.  If you are adopting a puppy you will need to provide details of training classes in your area. We ask for a minimum adoption fee of £150.  If you are interest in adopting please call the rescue centre between 10am and 4pm on 01269 843084. We are unable to return phone calls so please try again if your call is not answered.

Goodness me, yet another gorgeous girl :luv:

Is it just me or is there a real increase in the numbers of ex-breeding bitches at the moment? :-\

Prob less demand for pups due to economic climate so they are ditching the puppy making machines  :'( :'( She is  :luv:

Not really if you think about it, better than carrying on as a breeding machine anyway  :'(  A shame there are so many breeding dogs to begin with though.  >:(  Hopefully these younger girlies will take less time to settle into a normal life when they do find their forever homes  :luv:

Why are there so many young ex breeding bitches in rescue is it because they dont want them because they dont produce good litters?  :'(
