I think its the policy so that dogs are not used for breeding now or in the future, as if you have a puppy off them you have to sign an agreement to have them neutered. However in your case as he will be neutured and he is male, I don't really see why you can't at least foster him
, I would imagine you tick all the boxes otherwise. They won't allow adoption to a family with any uneutered pets , I think its a personal desicion whether you have your pets neutured and does not automatically make you irresponsible or a puppy farm owner!! and this policy excludes a lot of superb homes, their policy is that all pets should be neutured to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and of course we all agree with this but it doesn't make those owners who choose not to neuter their animals and care for them properly irresponsible. I am not calling MT bad here this is my personal opinion, and they do a FANTASTIC job but not everything is black and white in the real world is it?
