Scrumpy at MT: 11-month-old blue roan girl

I was told when I phoned for another poppet from MT that the adoption form is below the dog's details, but I cannot find one for Scrumpy. Am I looking in the right place?

You can't fill in an adoption form if they are at the centre, get the contact email details, along the left hand side you will find contact us details, send an email with scrumpy as the subject line and basically tell them you are interested, your home cicumstances etc, they will get back to you, ring again at 10am and tell them that you emailed things can get a bit hectic there

OMG My son and I are going to meet Scrumpy with Rufus tomorrow. Wish us luck! I am scared! Her skin is really bad, but they say the coat grow back. She has been spayed, but they are not sure if she has been bred from.(at 11 months!) She is reserved for us! Waiting for the home checker to call. Then I've got to put the cover on the pond. If we are allowed to have her any advice on what to take to get her home in? Rufus is normally in the boot on his blanket, and the crate doesn't fit. There is a dog guard! Better get some more carpet rescue as she is not house trained.
