Scrumpy is delicious. She is learning to play, learnt to walk well on a lead and her skin is SO much better. She is bouncy, happy, interested in everything and a smashing cocker. She will still need baths and her ointment but is well on the mend. She will make you laugh and reward you tenfold for any kindness.

WOW!!  :o Is that the same dog. What a fantastic transformation.  :D I'm sure she still has a way to go, but it's wonderful to see her well on her way and looking so happy.  :luv:

That's amazing - hard to believe there was a happy cocker waiting to come out in that first picture.

Scrumpy is settling in well and needs a home with another gentle dog who would be happy for her to follow and cuddle up to. She walks very well on a lead and enjoys her walks. When Sandalwood comes and gives kisses Scrumpy copies her. She is a little nervous of sudden movements and loud noises but recovers very quickly. Her skin and fur are looking a lot better already.  If you are being put off by her bad skin you should come and see my daughter's westie who a couple of months ago was 95% bald with the same problem as Scrumpy.  He now is 100% better. Scrumpy gets on fine with cats and so far has had no accidents in the house. She is a real little sweetheart who would love a home of her own.

She's looking fab  :D I'm addicted to reading how this little girl is doing- such a sweetie. Thanks for keeping us updated  ;)

Hope that forever home comes soon  :luv: Wish it could have been us, but OH still says no and I think Harvey would be too much for her.  :embarassed:
