After enquiring some weeks ago and told loads of interest in him. Received e mail, and to cut a long story short, pending  vets reference. Choccy is coming home to live with us. He is coping really well without his leg has had his stitches out and has the most lovely happy nature. Watch this space! ;)

I have a tear in my eye as I am that happy for Choccy finding such a wonderful forever home. I am also very happy for you too this is fantastic news.
It also means we will get to hear about him and see his photos, its wonderful.
