:'(  oh no, how awful that they didn't even turn up to see her  :-\  I was going to say poor Kerri, but I know that she's in the best possible place with you Jo until the right person comes along  :luv:

That is so sad! But at least she's in a nice home at the moment!

I wish we had more space! :005:

bless her that is a shame but still, if they didn't even bother meeting her its prob for the best, i hope the right person comes along soon for her :luv: :-* :-*

 :'(  Ditto that from me!

Don't look so sad Kerri - your new mummy & daddy aren't far away & you'll soon be in a warm, loving forever home sweetheart  :luv: :-*

It is their loss not Kerri's  ;) They obviously weren't the right people for her, not to even bother to see her >:( but really better now, than take her and then return her.
Fingers crossed for you little Kerri.   :luv:   The right home will come soon :luv:

I really feel like this too.  I would love to take her but know I wouldn't meet the criteria (i.e. I work part time and my own two cockers are quite lively).  :'( :'(
My heart just breaks when I think of all these dogs that need forever home  :'(
At least she has a SUPER home for the present. :luv:

Kerri is coming along well  :luv:
She is very good natured and 100% housetrained  :D
She is still frightened but making good progress.  Will come to me to take a treat (nice + gently) tail wags when she shes me and howls at me when I am not quick enough making her dinner  ::)  Loves food!

She is still petrified of the lead/harness so still failing on the walk front at the moment but at least she lets me put the harness or lead on her without running away now.  She just hangs her head and shakes  :-\

She is still wary of quick movements or if you stretch over her, as she thinks she is going to be hit.  But soon realises she won't be as she is starting to trust.  :luv:  will try + get a pic soon but her + kinda just shake when you go to take a photo and look so sorry for themselves!

Loves the company of other dogs
She loves to chew dog toys so between her + Misty they don't last too long ph34r

My foster mummy has tried to take some photos of me again but I just look so sad, so she has added a little video so you can see that I am a happy girl  :D :luv:

No I don't want to smile at the camera

Please someone be my new mummy  ;)

And just to prove I am a happy girl and my tail does wag!

After seeing the video I can't believe this is the same girlie  :luv:
Tears came to my eyes when I saw her come out from under the table. :luv:
She looks in fantastic condition and her back has healed SO well.
I would love to have her but know I wouldn't be allowed  :'(
You have done a fantastic job gorgeouspoppy. Her progress is amazing.
Love her thick bed right next to the radiator  ;) what a clever girl  :luv:
Thanks for the updates.
Fingers crossed she gets a new home soon but she is in a GREAT place where she is  :luv:

I think she MUST be my Peggy's daughter. The looks, and the same way she used to hang her head.

Anyone who knows Peggy now will know that she's an out going and happy dog, although the quietest and gentlest of our bunch. A lovely dog to have!

If she is Peggy's daughter, you will have a wonderful dog - whoever takes her on!

Edited to say, she'll be lovely even if not related to Peggy  :005:

I hadn't even seen this until now, she looks beautiful. :luv: Well done Jo, for fostering Kerri and Kinda, and did I read it right that you are keeping Kinda? Brilliant news, and here's hoping Kerri finds a new loving home soon too. :luv:

Yes we adopted Kinda  :D.   Hopefully Kerri will find her loving home soon too.  Although she is no problem and can stay as long as she likes .:005:
