Chocolate or Chocolate Roan

My beautiful 16 week old chocolate/liver working cocker has started getting white hair on her back near her butt and tail. She has a white flash on the chest which has some brown bits in it and white toes on her back feet. Does this mean she is a chocolate roan? Chocolate ticked? Anyone experienced this before and have any idea what the coat will look like?
