Bea spent last night at our local vets and hopefully she is home tomorrow, with the house a little too quiet I'm feeling redundent !
She is her usual happy self but her recent blood test showed that she was high in calcium and vitamin D, we needed to change her medication and so she needed to be monitored closely, this time it wasn't close enough.
I feel lucky every day to have her, I love her to pieces and I know we will always have a bit of a bumpy road but she is my Philford and I wouldn't change her for the world :luv:
I know Spaniels need their jobs but so do spaniel owners......

Hi All,
Thanks for all the :bigarmhug: I have to admit I needed them !
Bea is back home, she pinned me to the sofa all yesterday afternoon and wouldn't let me go for anything :luv:
She chewed her drip out Saturday night which she NEVER dose >:( , she knows the drill in the Vets, Drip out means going home so she took matters into her own paws >:D
She now needs Blood test every 3 days until her Calcium and vitamin D are back in mid range, she can then have reduced meds to 0.03 ml and hopefully less Blood tests !
Thanks again
Sharon & Bea x

Cuddle time with Bea sounds perfect :luv: Just you do as you are told and stay on the couch providing snuggles! :005: Glad to hear Bea is back where she belongs. Xx

Ahh bless her gad she is home

I've made sure she has had all of your cuddles and I have now been released from the Sofa :005:
First blood test was tonight so the results should be back by tomorrow afternoon, fingers crossed she will be in the mid range otherwise it's another test on Saturday.
I adore this young lady and would do anything for her :luv: :luv: :luv:
Thanks for all your well wishes,
Sharon & Bea x

Medicinal cuddles are very important! Daisy wants Bea to know that a nice bit of roast chicken helps too" :005: ;)

Sunday morning I went straight to the supermarket to get her some Turkey Breast and Cod before picking her up from the vets ;)
Something tells me Daisy and Bea would get on :005:
