Last night Teddy started yelping and jumping in the air. He was stuck to me like glue and burrowing under my arms as close as he could get. Then he started vomiting.
Rang the emergency vet who said to give him buscopan and bring him in first thing in the morning. He had a pretty awful night.
They took an X-ray and could see a lump, weren't sure if he'd eaten something but it didn't look right.. Operated on him and he had a twisted bowel which they hope has no necrosis as it pinked up when it was untwisted. There was a lump on his spleen, they have cut it out and it has to go to pathology.
I'm so so terrified I can't stop crying. We lost Charlie very suddenly to cancer two years ago. My little boy isn't even one and. A half yet. How did he even get a twisted bowel? The vet has no answers says it's very strange.
