Wish us luck - Jeff is broken

Playing rough and tumble with Annie in the sitting room this morning, Jeff suddenly let out a series of yelps and limped over with a dangly leg. His back leg is all floppy; I think it may be dislocated  :'(  Vets appointment is at 11am - please wish Jeff luck.

Oh poor boy - hope everything goes ok at the vets and that, if it is a dislocation, that it's an easy one to fix  :-*

Vet couldn't find anything specific wrong, doesn't think it's dislocated because his legs are the same length  :huh: Because his muscles were all tense and he's quite a stoical little chap she couldn't elicit a pain reaction, so it's all a bit of a mystery. He's had a painkiller injection and has been booked in for an xray on Monday if it hasn't improved by then. Fingers crossed its just a sprain and he gets better over the weekend.

Poor little chap  :-* I think he needs lots of TLC, lots of rest,  kisses and cuddles all weekend  :luv:, hope his back to normal soon.

May be just a twist or sprain  :-\  Coco has done this a couple of times and screams her head off at first and won't put her foot down - she has been fine the next day though  ;)

Hope some rest fixes Jeff too  :D

Hope there is nothing to worry about....

Not long enough I went into panic mode when Heidi appeared to have dislocated her leg.  She went to the vets totally unable to put any weight on the leg and shaking like going into shock.  She was given a pain killer and sent home to see how things went with appointment to go back next day for xrays.  an hour or so later she was starting to walk on it and by the next day was fine.  Turns out that she gets cramp and thankfully was none the worse for the panic she caused  :shades:
