Title: Dry Bags
Post by: Alpha on March 14, 2007, 01:37:45 PM
Hi guys,
I used to use (i think they were called) Dry Bags to put my dogs in when they were wet and muddy before putting them into the car and by the time we got home they were lovely and warm and dry. Does anyone know where I can get one that would be the right size for a cocker upto about 6 months old.

I came across this on my Web wanderings:

you'll have to measure your dogs neck to get the right size I think.
Happy cocker bagging!

Thank you so much, thats them exactly. The amount of work they save is amazing, not just with the dogs but also cleaning the car afterwards.

If you have a dog who doesn't mind being stuffed into a bag, that is...  ;)
I just bung my doggie  into the back of our Fiat Panda which is a real pigsty (cockersty?), with nose mucus (polite euphemism) on the windows, mud on the sides etc.
but the day we get a new car... things will have to change.

I don't know what Lilly will be like with it, but my other two loved them. But then again they were big and macho whilst out and about but the minute we get to the car they look at me as it to say "come on then mum get me all snuggly"
