I've just asked OH,

take of head then feet. Then cut from neck down chest and belly through the skin taking care not to cut through inner lining, then peel fur off.

Then with a strong stomach gut.

I work my cockers - so used to pheasants, ducks, pigeons etc. But a friend who I do picking up for got a load of rabbits last night.... and he thought of me..... ::)
I also do a lot of game cookery, so will keep a couple back for myself!

Oh, lucky you - loads of free range meat  :D  I don't envy you the cleaning, but once you get the hang of it, it is quite straight forward and you get into a rhythm of sorts  ;)

Be aware at this time of year there may be some pregnant does amongst them - it left me a bit wobbly the first time I found one  ph34r
