Can anyone recommend a basic gundog course in cornwall for a learner who would love to go picking up?

Hi there. Have a look at this web site http://www.dwgc.org.uk/  they are starting training sessions in April.
They are a very friendly bunch. I started off with them last autumn and have been out all season beating and picking up with my 15 month old cocker Kes. Hope this helps you.
