insurance help

Calling all you wonderful CoLers to get your thinking caps on  :shades:
Daisy has a mammary lump, the vet think's it is benign but should still be removed.  This will cost £600.  The insurance doesn't cover it because it is a pre existing condition, and would have been there when we got her from MT.
Do any of you know of ANY insurance companies that will cover pre existing conditions?  I'm not sure I have a spare £600.
Please, i cant be a bad mommy, and don't like to think I am not doing all I can for the fur balls.
Help  :'( :'( :'( :'(

No insurance company will cover pre-existing conditions.  If they would, the premium would be a lot more than £600.

No. no insurance will cover it.  My recent rescue Paisley has pre-existing conditions too. I haven't insured him and am just paying the vets bills which will be ongoing for a while yet.  You could maybe, if your in a position to, is try and find a 10-12 month interest free credit card and spread the cost that way.

Bearing in mind that you got her from rescue, couldnt a pet charity give some assistance ?  Long shot I know  :-\

Good luck, hope you get it sorted - poor Daisy   BTW is she the beautiful b&w ??
