This exciting new course is being delivered in partnership with the Canine Care Centre in Ringwood (Cedar Veterinary Group). It will be a 2 day course (overnight accommodation will be required) aimed at those who would like to work in the field of hydrotherapy. The high quality and modern facilities at the Canine Care Centre provide an outstanding learning environment. The course will give the student a broad overview of the benefits of hydrotherapy and an insight to the basic principles and management of a canine hydrotherapy practice.

Course Content: What is hydrotherapy. Conditions that benefit from hydrotherapy. Codes of practice. Record keeping. Methods of swimming. Equipment and pool care. Health checks on dogs. Health and safety.
