abbie double jointed

hi  
my  abbie is a lovely black and white 5 mnth old cocker ,she apears to be double jointed as when she sits down her back legs go behind her  and  she loocks like a sealion   when she is in the position  is this normal or should i be worried      vallie

Don't worry - lots of Cockers do this when they are relaxed :)

They look sooooooooooo cute though ;D My Buddy still does this now and he's 2 1/2 - many grow out of it. It's common in other breeds too ;D

Just to add that Butty does it 95% of the time when she lies down too....and she's 14 months  ;)

Sebastian always does it and he is 6  :D  Bart who is 4 only does it if he is lying on the sette or the bed and Douglas who is 2 doesn't do it very often  ;D

In the photo Kukka is around 10 weeks. But she still  (at 14 months) lies down like that!

Millie does it too (at 1 year) - the other "cocker stance" is flat on their backs all legs akimbo! all perfectly normal  :D  :D
