Holly 11 years old - abandoned...

No mention of Holly on their site  . I did try calling the rescue on Friday but got no reply.

Oh keep trying, it would be fantastic if Holly gets a home with a col member, what a lucky girl

She looks a bit brighter 
How could anyone leave their 11 year old pet
in a pound to be sleep,       one day may be their family might put them in a old
folks home and they get abandoned by their family,  Karma has a way of
getting back to you. lots of luck sweet Holly you are  on four legs

I'm told that Holly is a lovely, sweet girl who has arthritis in her back legs and will need medication for the rest of her days - I guess none of us really know the reason why she was taken to the pound - the Rescue inform me that she has 6 really good homes she could go to and are now starting the process of home checking.

I was thanked for my interest but as I live out of the area they want to pursue the other homes first.

It sounds as though Holly will have a lovely quiet retirement with people who care about her very soon

I think with her heartbreaking story there would have been a queue to snap her up - and with those eyes - who could resist?  So pleased for her.
